Blacklisted IP still passed Firewall

    I have the following IP Address listed in the WP Simple Firewall as:

    178.137.160.226 (no label) *Note WP SF adds the no label

    Today, I receive an email that:
    WordPress Simple Firewall has blocked a page visit to your site.
    Log details for this visitor are below:
    – IP Address: 178.137.160.226
    – Firewall Block Response: Visitor was sent HOME.
    You can look up the offending IP Address here: https://ip-lookup.net/?ip=178.137.160.226

    So, I guess I’m expecting the firewall to act the same as “Deny from 178.137.160.226”. Why would that IP even have access to the site if I have it in the Blacklist?
