Sorry, but I didn’t catch it in time.

Website crashed out big time, renaming your plugin (via FTP) was the only way that I could get it back on-line.

Now the update won’t load, because my website won’t load without the plugin being active (??) Chicken and egg anyone?

My question is this, (before I start!) If I simply (FTP delete) the latest faulty update, and then reinstall the latest “fixed” version, will I keep all of my old settings, and will all of my old of-site backups still work?

Not doing anything till I can work out what went wrong, over to you chaps: hope you can answer my simple question.

    Laters ..

  • No need to delete & reinstall. Just download the new (0.95.8) version, extract it in a local folder and upload the contents of that folder via FTP over the old one (0.95.7), and your website will come back from the dead as if nothing happened.

    Hi guys @mrsjessicasimpson @ivanarnaudov

    We apologize for the inconvenience!

@ivanarnaudov is right and thank you for the fast solution! To keep the old settings, you can download the new (0.9.58) version, extract it in a local folder and upload the contents of that folder via FTP over the old one (0.9.57).

    All the best,
