• I’m using Adv. Woo Search version 1.31 and WP 4.9.1

When searching for a term that I know there are results for, the quick search results show as I am typing, but if you press enter to see all the search results, the search page is blank (header and widgets are there but no search results). The message “there were 0 search results” does not display either.

I have tried reindexing the table and clearing the search cache but it has not helped. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi Illid,

Head to https://adelaidecartridge.com.au and use the search in the header. Look for something common such as “canon” or “brother” and you will see the preview results. If you press Enter though to see the full search results, the results page doesn’t show any results at all.

This is not a new website and previous versions of the plugin worked fine. We only noticed the issue within the last week or so. Perhaps there is an issue with the new version of WooCommerce. I’m not sure.

    Thanks for looking into it.

One more thing I noticed is that once you are on the search results page, the search field in the header no longer loads the preview results as you type. I’m not sure if that is relevant or not.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late response.

In the left side of your search results page I see some product filter.
Are you using special plugin for this?
