Blank Admin Panel

Hi,
I have the issue with wp admin after site migration

I have tried all the solutions discussed for this issue here.

1.Removed the top,bottom space from wp-config.php
2.Renamed the theme
3.Reuploaded fresh wp without replacing wp-content and wp-config
4.Disabled all the plugin
Still there is the issue.The front comes ok ,but there is the issue in wp admin ??
