Blank after Inserting images

  • I have two blogs, two separate domains. One blog works perfectly while the other won’t allow me to insert media (pics or video) using the WP interface. I’ve tried all the usual trouble shooting options. I’ve gone so far as to delete everything from the blog and uploaded the files again.

    The problem occurs regardless of computer or browser. I can upload images without any trouble it’s only when I select insert does the interface become blank. After it becomes blank I have to close the interface.

    The problem occurs regardless of plug-ins or themes.

  • I have the same problem. No problem uploading but to insert a pic i get a blank screen.

    This wordpress has been a major PAIN since the very beginning. I keep hitting walls.

    Will someone PLEASE help me with this issue. Thank you in advance!!!!
