Blank box on gallery page

    When I view a gallery. it has a large blank box under the title. The gallery has a preview image assigned, but nothing is displayed. The page source code shows it is trying to load an image but the name in the code is “”. Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi,

    There should be an image on your post which is cut off now. See the following screenshot. This is most probably the featured image of your post, please kindly check if the featured image of the post exists.

    There is no place to select a featured image. This post is generated by the Photos plugin.

    This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website.

    Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check the page. See whether the problem persists then.

    Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.

    You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.
