Blank Comment Notification Emails

  • Hi,

    A site I manage https://www.rachaellynch.com.au has started to have problems with blank comment notifications. It has progressively got worse over the last 3 weeks and we now receive approximately 10 blank notifications a day. The empty or blank comments don’t show up when logging into the dashboard.

    Typical email looks like:
    A new comment on the post “Tour Update – World League” is waiting for your approval https://www.rachaellynch.com.au/tour-update/tour-update-world-league/

    All plugins are up to date and we’re running WP 3.8.1. I’ve tried selectively deactivating plugins but nothing seems to fix it. Normal comments are coming through at the same time so comments haven’t failed all together.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
