    On one of my sites, all 3 Leadin pages (dashboard/contacts/settings) are blank. Plus, the last person to sign up to the list did not receive the final welcome email from Mailchimp (where the box to send it is checked). What’s going on?

    Leadin isn’t working at all on the site’s front end. I’d like to trust Leadin but after some major performance issues in previous versions, this has me thinking I need to look elsewhere.

    Thanks for reaching out. Not 100% sure just yet why you’d be seeing issues like this but I’m confident we can definitely get to the bottom of it. ?Regarding the blank pages inside the WordPress plugin for one of your sites, can you confirm if you are seeing the same behaviour in Leadin in other WordPress sites or is it only the one?

    If it is the same across multiple sites it’s most likely that this is being caused by an extension in the browser, possibly an ad-blocking extension that is preventing Leadin from loading. If it’s the case that it is only occurring in one WordPress site but not others it’s more likely that it is being caused by a conflict with another plugin inside that specific WordPress site that is not present in others. Either way we can definitely get to the bottom of it.

    Would it be possible to shoot me an email to [email protected] as a follow up? In order to confirm exactly what is causing this (and what may have prevented your most recent contact to not receive a MailChimp email) I’ll need to confirm some details that may be better communicated via email rather than via the WordPress forum.

    Yep – looked on another site and the page was blank. Turned off uBlock and voila – there it was again. Thanks!

    Thanks for keeping me posted. We did some digging on this and it appears that the leadin.com domain which is used for some of the resources of the Leadin plugin, was recently added to some ad-block lists and this is what’s caused the error you’re seeing. We’re working with these ad-listing providers to try and prevent this from happening.

    Wanted to double check regarding the MailChimp issue you were seeing, were you able to get to the bottom of what caused that specific contact not to get the welcome email? If not definitely shoot me a mail to [email protected] and we can do some digging on our side to establish what may have happened.

    I’m also facing the same issue – leads not receiving the “Final Welcome Email”. I created another thread and sent emails to your support as well – yet to receive a reply.

    This is affecting my web visitors badly – but I do want to use LeadIn’s popup box.

    Please advise.

    Hi Alvin,

    Just got back to your separate msg but wanted to close the loop here too. The only emails that are currently supported by the Leadin MailChimp integration are ones built using Automation in MailChimp, we do not currently trigger the auto-responder emails in MailChimp as noted in the Notes section of our documentation here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge/how-do-i-connect-leadin-to-mailchimp

    This is something we’re looking into improving on but for the moment I’m afraid it is not possible.
