• I am having the following issues and am waiting for a answers:
1-When I add the attributes columns, the column shows incorrect data. The Product Name column contains all the correct attributes but the attributes column displays different values. I used wp allimport and all data looks properly imported.
2-After Advance Searching for “Category”, I then try to export a very large csv with 17000 lines, the csv is downloaded blank with headers only.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

With regards to the attributes not getting displayed properly, would like to update you that by default the attributes are displayed only for the variation parents to which the attributes are assigned and not for the variations.

So, in case if the values in the ‘attribute’ are getting displayed for the variations, then there seems to be some issue with the way your products are configured and the same issue could be related to the importing plugin used by you. To verify the same, could you please a test variable product and try to reproduce the same Smart Manager issue and do let us know your views on the same.

Further, with regards to the exported CSV showing blank rows, as it is huge data that you are trying to export, we suspect that the issue might be related to the php ‘post_max_size‘ variable.

Could you please try increasing the same to something around 50M to 60M and then have a check with Smart Manager export functionality and do let us know your views on the same.

Also, if still the issues persists then request you to kindly log a support ticket at storeapps.org by simply mailing us a short issue description along with the admin credentials of your site at ‘[email protected]’, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

I will try your fix for the blank csv and let you know. Regarding the attributes, I am sending you a separate picture of the problem by email. it appears to work 90% of the time giving the correct data. Additionally, when you change the field Shipping Class for that particular variant, it eliminates the data altogether in the attributes column which is very strange behavior.

    Hi Rick,

    Thank you for the update.

With regards to attributes column not displaying the data for the variations, as informed to you that Smart Manager displays attributes only for the variation parents and for simple products. However, as the attributes column is displaying data for the variations due to some problem in your product setup [i.e. product type of the variations should be ‘simple’ which might be set to ‘variable’ in your case] which have been imported using some importing software.

Explaining further, we think that updating the ‘Shipping Class’ from the wooCommerce products menu corrects the problem with the product setup [i.e. changes the product type of the variations to ‘simple’] and hence the attributes for the variations disappears from Smart Manger.

Please do let us know your views on the same.
