Blank “Customise ” Page

I have purchased Cactus Pro, I need some support please I have been sending emails for 4 days to Vela Themes, with no answer. I have installed everything and it all went smoothly, but I have no “Customise ” Area in the Appearance>customise window.Its a blank page. I would be so happy for some suggestions. Many thanks. Nat
