I’ve done a few WordPress installs for friends lately & haven’t had any problems, so I decided to do one more for another friend, but I’m having a little trouble …

I’ve got it all up & installed in the /blog/ folder of his site, and I’ve made all the requisite changes to the config file for the appropriate database info, but when I navigate to the blog I get a totally blank page. When I view source, all I see is this:

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
    <HTML><HEAD>
    <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"></HEAD>
    <BODY></BODY></HTML>

I’m checking with the hosting company to make sure they support the minimum requirements, which I’m pretty sure they do, but other than that I’m stumped.

Anyone ever have a similar experience? Any advice on how to fix?
