Blank Dynamic Pop up box

    Hello there,
    I’ve installed this great plugin. The buttons display correctly above the edit contact form among the others, but if I click on Dynamic Text field or Dynamic Hidden field buttons the pop up that opens is completely white.

    Despite this I’ve tried to set a test form with some code examples I found here on the Description page of the plugin, and it works like a charm! But I can’t use the whole properties and settings because I can’t see them.
    Any suggestion?
