Blank email bug, and 4 feature questions (currency, number field, etc.)

    1. Bug, nothing gets mail for unset values: If user doesnt adjust slider at all, meaning he leaves it at its default value, then nothing gets emailed (just blank), but I would expect the default value to get sent. I am not using the setting “Default Value” in this case.

    2. Currency: Is there a way to adjust the numbers displayed above the slider to show a dollar value, and comma? So, instead of “1000” it would say “$1,000” . I would not want cents added in this case.

    3. Number field: Is there a way to also show a text field next to the slider in case the user wants to type in, or edit their value? So the text field should affect the slider and vice versa.

    4. Installation explanation: It took me awhile to figure out how to implement it from the examples here, but I wasnt aware that I had to also have a CF7 number field above the slider, and then display:none.

    5. Donations: You might want to include something in future release that lets people donate to this plugin or something.

    Pretty cool plugin so far

    Thank you for taking the time out and having a look and plugin and letting me know about the bug. Just updated the plugin with the bug fix

    For the currency option its still under development along with number value.

    I know the explanation can be a bit confusing at first, but thanks for taking the time out go in depth.
