Blank email received

Hi
something weird, while testing, i added a subscriber non confirmed via admin, then sent him a request to confirm ; if the email is opened within Roundcube the email is empty, if it’s opened with Zimbra i can clearly see the confirmation link, with Thunderbird it’s also ok.
I recall someone complaining about receiving empty newsletter on it’s ipad.Any thoughts?
