What I meant is, there is a possibility that either the Email Template or the Automation was not properly saved and it’s causing this issue.
Please follow these steps to make sure everything is alright:
-> If you’ve prepared an automation email template for this, choose to edit it, make sure that the content inside of it is alright, and save it.
-> If you’ve created the the template from inside the automation, make sure it’s alright, along with the steps of the automation itself.
(This is just to make sure that the content of the email templates & automation is alright and saved.)
Now, trigger the automation again and see how it turns out this time.
Let us know if it still send a blank email.
