Blank Emoji list since WP 5.3 update

I just got this ‘tinyMCE Advanced’ plugin thinking it could fix the problem, but sadly no. I also don’t see anything in that plugin about “Replace the Block Editor with the Classic Editor” in its settings (under the two tabs).
If I could undo the WP 5.3 update, I would. Because it was working perfectly before the update.
