Blank error message box when placing an order

    Hi,

    My clients have been sending me screeng shots that they can’t place orders. They get an empty error box after they fill the checout form and click on place order

    I’ve tried myself and I had no problems placing an order, however I’ve got a lot of clients complaining about this.

    I’ve deactivated all plugins on my site, except woocommerce and the problem persists

    Hi @entrepr3neur –

    I looked at your site and was unable to reproduce this problem. My suspicion is that the text color of the alert was the same color as the background. I see that the alert box has a different color from your screenshots. Was this the issue and were you able to resolve it?
