    Using the free version. I understand some folks have figured this out by themselves, or had assistance here. However I am having a problem and am unsure how to update the php as per another solution about the same issue, and other means of resolution explained in the support forum have not worked.

    My ID is from a business page, https://business.facebook.com/ElizabethBlock526/?business_id=1892889617656326

    I had the exact same problem with my business facepook page.
    I clicked on the URL you post and I saw the page “this content is not available or maybe removed”.

    So, I think that it’s all about of the limitations your facebook page has. And by this, I mean the limitation of age (ex. 18+), country (ex. USA, Canada, Mexico), etc.

    Try to remove any limitation you’ve set and let everyone to be able to see your page. You don’t need to do any further actions. After you remove any limitation, the widget will work just fine.

    Oh, and don’t worry if your facebook page does not have any kind of limitation. By my experience, nothing happened by letting my facebook page to be visible from everyone. Many people found my professional website from their child’s facebook account.
