Blank File Change Warning

I keep getting emails saying: “A file (or files) on your site at https://xxxxxx.com have been changed. Please review the report below to verify changes are not the result of a compromise.”

However, there’s no report below. Log on wp-admin is blank, too. So what’s going on?
