Blank grey map

It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

I have tried that – but still the same.

It comes up with Loading Map… in the top left corner for a few seconds, then disappears.

When I hover over, it comes up with the hand icon as if the map should be there, it’s just grey.

Can you post a link? Are maps working correctly in admin?

Maps work in admin.

How are you generating the map?

In a widget, using the shortcode: [locations_map]

Does it work if you use that shortcode out of the widget?
