• I designed a site for my client. It looks fine on my monitor and on his, but he says he has had several potential clients say the home page is blank. In fact, he sent out an email blast asking for feedback and a significant portion of the responses said that the home page was blank until they scrolled down quite a bit to see the image.

    Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening and how I can fix this? Thanks!

  • Well, misconfigured plugin or theme can be reason for that, login to your FTP server and edit wp-config.php and add this line to it.

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

    After u add this line, tell your client to enter the address in the browser to and ask him, what is the error message. Check this link for clarification. https://techie-buzz.com/how-to/how-to-fix-blank-wordpress-page-error.html

    This is above my abilities! I just got lost trying to find the FTP server. I have a lot of learning to do. Working within a template…fine. Anything outside of that and I am LOST!

    Is it allowed to hire someone in the forums to guide me through this process? I’m willing to pay but I don’t know if that is against any rules here.
