Blank homepage on mobile

    Hi guys,

    I have a problem that it seems related to Squirrly SEO.

    Almost everyday, my homepage is blank. This seems to happen only on mobile.

    When I cleared my homepage cache. My homepage is ok until the next time.

    It happens few times a week, but I don’t know exactly when it occurs.

    First time I had this problem was at the end of July.

    Here are few lines from my PHP error log :

    I contacted the wp rocket plugin support with my php logs and they told me that it was related to Squirrly.

    Here are an extract of their reply : “I’m afraid that none of the errors are related to WP Rocket. Both seem to be related to the Squirrly SEO plugin.
    What usually happens on these cases is that another plugin triggers the white/blank screen error that WP Rocket just happens to cache.”

    Could you please help me to identify and fix this problem ?

    I have Squirrly SEO Version 10.2.00

    I forgot to give you my wordpress version : 5.4.4
    and php v 7.2.34

    We haven’t received this issue. Seems to be a buffer with MySQL error.

    We will inspect this issue and send you an update.

    Do you get the same error if you let only Squirrly SEO and WP-Rocket plugins and deactivate the other plugins?

    I found the similar error with many other plugins and the issue was solved by adding more memory to the website from the server.

    Looks like the Mysql doesn’t have resources to interrogate the Posts and Squirrly in the buffer because if the memory running out.

    Try adding 128Mb to your website and test again.

    Hello Calin,

    Thank you for your answer.

    When you say “Try adding 128Mb to your website and test again”, what do you mean
    ? Server memory or the memory variables configured ?
    For now, I have 16GB of memory for the server.
    And here are the variables configured :
    PHP Memory max is fixed 512Mo.
    And WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT is also at 512Mo

    Is it to low ? I don’t have a lot of plugins (15).

    PS : I prefer not to disable all extensions but wp rocket and squirrly because I need them and I don’t know how much time to wait before the problem occurs.
    I will test to disable Squirrly and WP Rocket separately.
