    After duplicating an existing newsletter the new email does only have a blank preview or HTML page. The mail is formatted properly but the HTML version on the website is blank.

    Same. OS is Windows 10 and I have duplicated the issue in Firefox and Chrome. Mailpoet version is current, as are browsers.

    Same here… works for newly created newsletters but not for duplicated ones… Thanks in advance for fixing it.

    Hey everyone,

    We can confirm this is a problem with duplicated newsletters only.

    Our team is aware of it and already working on a fix.

    In the meanwhile, here’s a workaround to fix the error on the Preview link:

    1) Access the newsletter with this problem;

    2) Export the template of that newsletter;

    3) Create a new newsletter from scratch;

    4) On the page that you need to select which template to use, import the template you’ve just exported;

    5) That’s it! The Preview will work.
