Blank icon (Safari iphone) when bookmarking/favoriting website

    I have a problem when trying to add to bookmark or favourite my website on iPhone (Safari browser).

    There’s no problem with desktop, windows tab, and even adding to home screen.
    It’s just the bookmark & favourite that have been the issue.
    The favicon comes out as blank.

    Any advice appreciated. Cheers
