    A few questions. Do the articles show an extract text on your training page? Were the two articles from the same web site or domain? Have you used Get It with other articles that have shown information in the pop-up? please send a link to one or both articles original web page if you could. Thanks.

    The problem is that you need to create a Topic in MyCurator before the Get It bookmarklet will work. MyCurator uses the Topic to figure out what to do with the article you found, but since there isn’t one created, it just saves the title and link. You can read the Topic Documentation or view the Topic Training Video for more details.

    It is a bug that we don’t warn you when you use the bookmarklet without a Topic. We will make a fix to warn you in the future if you try to use the Get It tool without a Topic.
