blank images

  • Images uploaded to Weaver Xtreme appear blank in the media page.

    My site is the second site in a WP multisite network setup. Images for the main site show up without a problem. WP is installed on a LEMP stack on Ubuntu 16.04.

    Uploaded images for the second site are found in the directory
    wp-content->uploads->sites->4->2017->11. 4 is the correct blog id for this site. All file permissions are set to 755 and the owner and group settings for all files are www-data. When I load the image file into a standard image viewer the images are as they should be.

    I am wondering if the path to the images for Weaver Xtreme theme is correct. I noticed that the upload directory for the main site is wp-content->uploads->2016 which coincides with the theme title for that site. (When I first set up the new site, I installed the 2017 theme as the default, but then downloaded and installed Weaver Xtreme.)

    Isn’t this the Weaver forum? That’s what it says up at the top. If it’s not, please lead me to it as I am new here and finding my way around these forums has been a challenge.

    As for the link, I can’t provide you one because the site is built on my own server using a fictitious domain name that’s only accessible on my localhost.

    That said, your issue sounds more like a WordPress installation issue than a theme issue.
