Blank like box if logged out from WP

    Hello,

    I’d like to use your plugin on a site but I have some problem. If I’m logged in to WP everything looks all right, the sticky box shows the connected Facebook page, but when I log out or go incognito, it’s blank (using Chrome). Whatever it is, it also effects the home page: when logged in, the sticky box is there, when logged out, it’s missing. I’m using the free version, the FB site has no limitations. I’ve tried the URL portion without the numbers, but that didn’t work at all. I have made some minor css modifications in my child-theme, but they have nothing to do with the problem.

    You’re right. I tried your facebook page by myself in my website and the plugin indeed shows a blank like box.

    Please double check the limitations. I had a simillar problem on my page. I thought I was removed any limitations but there was still one limitation which blocking the plugin.
    If you don’t have limitations, try to change the facebook page url to something more simple, like “moira.images” or “moira.risen” or even “12images.net”. Try to avoid “-” between words, and capital letters.
    Maybe the plugin has a problem of reading big facebook IDs like yours.

    After you sort the url, do the necessary changes on plugin settings and reload your page.

    Let me know if this works.
    I am a user too of this plugin, so I cannot think anything else.
    If this don’t work, I hope the developers will find a good solution on this.

    thank you very much for trying to help, but I’m pretty sure the problem is not the FB page.
    As I said, it displays perfectly in the sticky box when I’m logged in to WP – if the FB page had issues, it wouldn’t work at all.
    I hope the developers can come up with some solution for this.
    But anyway, thank you for trying to help.

    Did you typed only this text in Page Id field – “Moira-Risen-Twelve-Images-208668753042638” ?

    Hi,
    yes, without the “”, but now I tried it with “” too. Both are working when I’m logged in WP, neither of them if I log out or go incognito.

    I simplified my FB page URL to MoiraRisenTwelveImages, still not working…
