Blank List added to pages/post after Upgrade to 3.01

  • This is weird. I recently made an auto update to WP 3.01 and it caused my pages and posts to have blank lists items after the content.

    Browse any of the posts or pages, except the homepage and you will see blank list discs.

    I looked in the code and they are not there.

    I tried downgrading to 3.0 and though it got rid of the blank lists it also wiped out a lot of my theme settings and I did not want to go through and re-do everything.

    Why are these discs showing up? Is there a way to get rid of them without downgrading?
