• I’ve had some of my users let me know that they are receiving a blank page in IE when they try to login using login.php. I just started using WP over the weekend and am using the post levels and the post levels enhancer plugins. Could these be causing problems?

I don’t use IE and can’t duplicate the problem, so I don’t know what to do. I think 2 out of 150 users have come across this.

  • We need a link to your site to test this out since you can’t reproduce the problem. And we need more info. Post levels shouldn’t cause any problems, but the plugins, since you didn’t tell us what they are, might be causing problems.

Consider turning them off one by one and letting a day or two go buy and see if anyone reports the problem again.

    A link – https://www.echoleigh.com/blog

The plugins I am using are post-levels and the post-levels enhancer (https://idlemind.org/journal/projects/post-levels_enhancer/).

I just registered and logged in without any problems.
If the people who had the problems are of a level other than mine, if you promote me I’ll take another look.
    I’ll logout now.

(or just delete me ?? )

I promoted you. Everyone having the problem is the same level you are. ??

I can see everything a user of this level should: Dashboard, Write, Manage, Users, logout.

This suggests it’s a cache/cookie problem on your users machines. Have they cleared and checked ?

    Just a simple suggestion..worth a shot

Are u able to access login page by using the url specified in options/permalink -you have it as default?
