Blank Logout Page

    Hi,

    when a logged User click on “Logout” button a blank page mysite/logout is loaded. If I refresh the page it redirect me to the Homepage.

    Under Ultimate Member >> User Roles >> Customer, Logout Option is set to “Go to Homepage”.

    How can I solve the problem?

    Hi @gimmy88,

    This issue can be caused by the caching plugin or server-side caching.
    If you have a caching plugin please make sure to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache.
    You can also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi,

    I do not have any caching plugin.

    I tried to deactivate all the installed plugins at once, but the problem remains.

    How can I solve the problem?

    Hi,

    it seems that enabling “Disable Cache User Profile” under Ultimate Member >> Settings >> General >> User did the trick.
