Blank options page

I’m on an older version of WordPress (2.6) and the plugin says it works all the way back to 2.0.2 but when I upload and activate I get a blank white options page. Any clue why this would be happening? Anyone else gotten this?

It works fine on my test site which is on WordPress 3.4.1 so why doesn’t the plugin work for 2.6?
