Blank Orders With Pending Payment Status

  • I’ve logged into my WooCommerce site today to find 5 blank orders with a pending payment status.

    When I click into an order it’s completely blank.

    Whilst running some tests shopping as a guest, orders are only added to admin when I attempt to checkout with products in my basket. How has a customer added a non existent blank product to their basket?

    Is this something I should be worried about?

  • I’m also experiencing the same issue on our online shop. Since I upgraded to the latest version yesterday morning, all orders have been pending with ‘Guest’ orders appearing inbetween.
