    Hi,

Just installed Koko Analytics. At first, everything worked fine, but minutes later the Analytics page started to return a blank page. The widget in dashboard still works, though, and the plugin seems to be tracking activity just fine.

My first thought was my ad blocking app was the culprit, but I got the same error after I turned it off.

In Analytics page, I noticed a few errors in console. Screenshots below:

Any ideas of what is wrong?

    Hey @rghedin,

This is an issue with date parsing in Safari which is fixed in the latest development version of the plugin, for which we’ll be releasing a plugin update soon.

Until then you can also fix it by clearing your local storage.

    Cheers, Danny

Installed the update earlier today, it’s fixed indeed!

By the way, I preferred the older bars style (red and multiple). Couldn’t it be an option in plugin’s preferences?

Oh, and I noticed one bug in bars’ colors — they are still red in tooltip when mouse is over):

And this: “Aggregate certain referrers, e.g. google.com/search becomes google.com” also happens to bing.com and bing.com/search.

    Thanks, @dvankooten

    Hi @rghedin,

You can change the colors by using a different color scheme in your profile, via WP Admin > Users > Your Profile. Alternatively you can also use custom CSS to set a totally different color scheme.

Thanks for the heads up about the chart tooltip – totally missed it, will fix!

The bing.com/search being changed into bing.com is on purpose, there are several more referrer URL’s automatically being changes as they all have the same meaning and you don’t want them showing as separate entries, usually.
