Blank page after Add Galley button pressed

    Hi! I bought pro version and got this trouble:
    When I pressed Add Gallery button in page editor I got blank page and can’t add my gallery into the page.
    I used my account in support system but after I sent the question it’s not appeared in support ticket system ??

    I tried to deactivate any oher plugins (actually I have only one) – not helped.
    Here is what I discoverd in browser console:

  • Same issue. Started just after I loaded in images to the Gallery.

    We’d like to take a closer look. We may need to temporarily deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting. Would you feel OK with that? If so, please send us a bug report here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug, refer back to this forum thread and let them know Gaby referred you.

    Please check the basic troubleshooting steps:
    1- Check if there is any present conflict with another plugin or your theme.
    2- You can also try to clear or purge any cache plugins you have installed.
    3- Go to Gallery > Other options > Miscellaneous > and click on “Clear image cache”.
    4- Go to Gallery > Other options > Reset options > and use the option “Reset all options”.

    And test again.

    Note: these steps will reset NextGen Gallery to the default options.
    As always, we recommend performing a full website backup.
