Blank Page After Download

    Currently I am having an issue with my site so my site is down, but I have a magazine and it’s free for download through checkout. Everything works fine and it downloads okay and opens up, but after I hit download after checkout instead of re-directing to any page within my site, it’s just a blank screen. So checkout and download is successful, but after download, only way to get redirected back to my site is by typing in my site again or hitting the back arrow. Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

    The downloadable file should just download when the button/link is clicked in the ‘Order Received’ page (sometimes called the ‘Thank you’ page), not redirect. You can learn more in the Digital Products Management doc.

    You might also test this out using a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Nineteen and see if your current theme is behind this behaviour. It could have a custom order received page template.
