I have downloaded the free version of Woocommerce export in hopes of purchasing the pro version. Installed the plugin and attempted to run the export (309 products). All that happens after I click on the export button is that I receive a blank webpage which has /wp-admin/admin.php?page=woo_ce&tab=export in the URL (starting with the domain name). I’m not sure what I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Note: The Category export does work….but obviously doesn’t provide the information needed.

I’m having the same problem and multiple attempts to increase the memory limit don’t seem to make any difference.

Hi wildmank, a blank screen (discussed on our Docs pages) means you’ve either hit a memory limit or the exporter has encountered a fatal PHP error (might be a missing function or class that the exporter needs). The 1.7.2 update of Store Exporter includes compatibility fixes for legacy WooCommerce stores (2.0.20) as well as additional checks for the above classes.

If you get stuck send me an e-mail at [email protected] and I’ll request WP Admin and FTP access so I can spot the error and fix this for your individual stores (different stores = different errors). I’m away for a few weeks but will check e-mails once a week till I’m plugged back in again in late July).

Thank you SO SO much for discovering what the problem was. I’m a web developer and work with various IT staff a lot. Your response time, willingness to help and demeanor has been the best! Again, thank you for your fabulous service. Five stars for you!
