If possible, please send me a temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-free/ to check your issue.

    Please don’t.

Note that I’m not accusing anyone of ill will or bad intentions. But asking for credentials to get access like that is really discouraged.

Please don’t do that: when you offer to get admin access and/or FTP access then you’re really going to far and that’s not cool.

Unless you willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation for now one (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin or FTP details.

You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.

    Thanks Jan.

Anyway, there’s not login page on my website in this moment: just blank page even trynig to login.

I post this issue just to give advice of it. I’m trying to recover my site by myself using a previous backup.

    Thanks.

@jan Dembowski, sometime issues are installation specific, like conflict with theme or other plugin, usually need to detect those directly checking for his site, in such case there is not other way, anyhow if you say, it is against forum policy, I’ll not ask anymore. However I can tell them to check deactivating other plugin, then the next, but most time that is lot more time consuming for both side. anyhow thanks for your suggestion.

@wishow, if problem appeared after update, you may delete download-manager dir from ftp, that should restore your site. Then you can get previous version from here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/download-manager/developers/ , anyhow, if you want to update latest version you may try deactivate other plugin or changing theme first.

Hi Sharon, I have the same issue – completely blank pages and Download Manager plugin displays no downloads or download categories.

My Database does have a table called ahm_files list categories, descriptions and download filenames.

I’ll try disabling plugins or delete and re-install old version.

Downgrading to v2.6.96 solved the issue for me.
I can now see the download files within the Plugin and all web pages with Downloads are back and functional.

    @wishow,
The issue is probably with option tree plugin and your theme using that plugin to build option panel. Details about the issue https://github.com/valendesigns/option-tree/issues/349

Hi Shaon… the solution doesn’t work for me.

Could it be a problem with cache plugins? I use Quick Cache and previously it was working fine at all.

    Please help…
