Blank page after new installation.

I have the same issue. There are a 3 error being thrown that i see in dev tools. on page https://xxx/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-ultimate-csv-importer/index.php&__module=dashboard

(if you look closely you will notice that instead of .js you have ,js with a comma) I installed directly from repository. So it shouldn’t be too hard to reproduce.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://xxx/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/js/exporting,js?ver=3.9.1

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘value’ of null xxx/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/js/ultimate-importer-pro.js?ver=3.9.1:3

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘innerHTML’ of null xxx/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/js/dashchart.js?ver=3.9.1:21

This is the issue, seems to be that there’s a comma instead of a period in exporting , js

I fixed this by opening index.php in plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/

and changing the comma to a period on line 116.

Although other issues seem to come up, I viewed source and see that it’s being truncated/cut off.

Which generally means to me that a function failed and stopped php from executing the rest of the output

We are working on this. This will be debugged and in next upcoming version.

I’m having same issue. I fixed the commas but its still showing a blank screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The issue may caused due to other plugin conflict. We have fixed the reported js issue in version 3.6.2. Still any one have issue kindly contact our support team with log in credentials we should look into it.

I had this problem on a fresh wordpress install..
