Uninstalling BBP is not enough!

BPS htaccess files might be still exists even after the PLugin removed. You should go to the BPS admin page, deactivate the htaccess files. You might need to re-install the BPS again in order to deactivate its security.

What WordPress version do you use?

This is not a CJT Issue!

The issue is caused by another Plugin that user installed.
