I get a completely blank page after submitting a post.
    Using Multi-site wordpress
Same result if user is logged in or not logged in.
Same result if URL redirect is set.

Post does get save in the Pending posts.

Glad to help. Normally that doesn’t happen. It sounds like possible interference from another plugin or possibly your theme. I recommend basic troubleshooting steps to determine if that is the case. Let me know your findings, thank you.

    Hello,

I have the same problem, I did work on it for a while, still could not solved but somehow I believe it is about FTP permissions or htpaccess. Because I realized my problem continues with different submit plugins, on any page with any plugin my user can not submit a file. Does that bring any idea about problem?

Hi again, My problem is solved, for anyone who faced with it, here is what I did:

On plugin settings, I set “Maximum number of images” as 2. It was 1 before and user was not able to upload 1 image after I set it 2, now user can upload 1 image.

Make sure on settings, Featured Image is enabled. (Set submitted images as Featured Images. Requires theme support for Featured Images (aka Post Thumbnails)).

Last thing, I changed the folder permission of wp-content/uploads as writable (777) only uploads file, not the whole wp-content. Hope that helps

Yes as explained in the documentation you need to make sure that proper permissions are set for your uploads directory. Otherwise WordPress can’t upload new images. The settings for min/max images should work properly after doing so. Either way, thanks for the follow-up post.

the posts uploads and post correctly in the wp-admin, including the photos.
I still get a blank page.

Even if I redirect to a thank you page, I still get the same results.

Could be a caching plugin, or some other plugin, or even the theme that is interfering. I recommend basic troubleshooting steps to determine the cause of the issue. Let me know how it goes.

I’ve changed the theme, but it keeps tellling me User login required, even though that setting is turned off.

    I give up.
I’ve changed themes, followed in structions, modified folder permissions, changed the settings.
