Blank Page Cache Generated

    Hi,

    I have a huge WP multisite and all the while using Cache Enabler without any problem. However, recently after upgrading most of our plugins, including Cache Enabler (1.3.4) to the latest, we started to see blank index.html (Empty cache file without any content) being generated for certain sites on our WP multisite. It didn’t happen consistently to all sites. Usually, it took maybe 10 minutes or half an hour to see the first blank cache and the number keeps growing, covering a random number of sites.

    May I know:
    # If this is a known issue and happened before? If yes, how can we resolve it?
    # If this is new, may I know under what kind of scenario that Cache Enabler will generate blank cache?

    This isn’t currently a known issue. There may be a conflict with a different plugin that you’ve updated. Have you been able to temporarily disable other plugins to completely narrow down if this issue is actually caused by the Cache Enabler plugin?
