You’re welcome! Did you try the second method involving a reset of the plugins by ftp? If you have already downloaded and installed FileZilla, you can connect to your hosting account and try that method instead. Here’s how to use FileZilla: Using FileZilla.

Forgot to reply. Thanks for your help. In the end I managed to log in via my hosting site, something I hadn’t thought of initially – this is all very new territory! Now have a whole new set of challenges, which I will start a new thread about!
