Blank page / conflict with theme

-If I go to either the My Posts page or a page with the shortcode [frontier-post] the page is blank (see image: https://oi60.tinypic.com/9sggm0.jpg)
-If I add “?task=new” to the URL I can see the Visual Editor but the website toolbar icons disappear (see image: https://oi59.tinypic.com/2mzkr5j.jpg)
The widgets seem to work fine by the way.
