    Hi!

I have a website with Elementor and theme Hello. Now I’m changing my site to remove Elementor/Hello and use TwentyTwo theme. This is working until I make any change in the page template (change the footer, the header, etc…). After this change, every access to Appearance > Editor returns a blank page.

I’ve tried with TwentyThree theme too with the same error. I’m using PHP 8.0 (it failed too with PHP 7.x). My WordPress version is 6.1.1.

Looking other similar issues it seems that this problem could be related to how site URLs are set in Settings > General. In my case they seem OK (https://mysite.com in both fields).

Looking at the browse developer console this editor page returns a internal server error (500). I don’t know how to get more details of the error. What could I try?

    Thanks!

  • Your site seems to be returning an error, this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and continue using one of the (Twenty*) themes.

If the problem goes away, enable the plugins one by one to identify the source of your troubles. If you can install plugins, install and activate Health Check

It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health. On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode.

This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off, and switch between themes, < strong>without affecting normal visitors to your site</strong>. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

Thank you very much for your suggestion! It has been very helpful. The problem is a compatibility issue between these themes (twentytwo and twentythree) and the Learnpress Plugin. I guess I have to ask Learnpress support for a solution.

Hi @rfdevelopments thanks for the update, yes the developers for the LearnPress plugin can assist with this. I will mark this as resolved for now.
