Blank page in blog only!

Hi!
I had to move a WP installation from the root of a domain to a subdirectory, same server:
https://www.eliomar.com.br/ to https://www.eliomar.com.br/mandato
I carefully read and followed all the instructions in https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Moving_WordPress and https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
I can access the wp-admin folder and make changes, no problem. But my blog displays the Blank Page of Death. No code.
I’ve tried all solutions I’ve found so far with no luck.
HELP PLEASE!
