Blank Page ..Nothing Happening

Ia€?m trying to install WordPress on onto Windows 2003 Server. I have succesfully installed IIS 6.0, MySQL , and PHP. I can run the setup-config .php page, enter all the variables, and click Next. Then it goes to the next page (Step 2) a€|and thata€?s it, completely blank except for the WordPress Banner. No confirmation, no error message, nothing. The page just sits there and right now, Ia€?m not sure how to proceed. Any suggestions on how to get that moving?

I have already created a database called wordpress and a user who has full rights that database. I a€?m doing my own hosting. Ia€?ve even opened up port 3306 on my router just to be safe. Ia€?ve tried using textpattern and experienced the same issues, Ia€?ve also ran a php script to verify that is working. The version of PHP Ia€?m using is 5.0.4 and MySQL is 4.1.11, I checked my error logs and cana€?t find anything there, either on the server or the router. I even downgraded PHP to 4.03 with the same results

Oh yea, I also tried it on a server running linux and apache with the same versions of MySQL and PHP and had the same results. If anyone has any ideas, I could sure use them, Ia€?ve been on this problem for two days now. Thanks in advance.
