Blank Page on replying to comment if activated

I opened a Github Issue for this:

Writing a comment is fine – only replying to a comment in both Admin interface (returns “internal server error” – however comment correctly recorded) or frontend –> blank page (however comment correctly recorded) is broken as soon as Subscribe to Comments reloaded is activated.If I remember correctly this is since WordPress 4.4 update (maybe also 4.5?).
I guess it only happens with PHP7.0 and/or Nginx. Or maybe only if PHP7 and Nginx are used. Cannot test this however – as I don’t have a dev server to try out.
