    Hey,

I’ve been using Kobo Analytics since the first day and it’s great! I love it!

I have 3 WordPress Sites and at 2 of them the plugin works fine.
On one site, the analytics page is blank.

    Wordpress 6.0, Koko 1.0.32

    Thanks for ideas! ??

    Hello @dnlnrx,

By “blank”, do you mean a completely empty page or do you see the various dashboard items just with no data in it?

Do you see any JavaScript errors in your browser console after loading the analytics page? You should be able to open your browser console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Shift + J on a Mac).

    Let us know please.

Hey, thanks for your response ??

There are no errors in JavaScript.

Can you delete the plugin (you will lose earlier statistics!!!) and then re-install a fresh copy of the plugin? Maybe one of the plugin files got corrupted somehow.

If that still doesn’t fix it, can you check your PHP error log just after visiting that page and see if there is any “Fatal Error” in the PHP error log?

    Thanks!

    Dear all,

I have exactly the same problem. I have a blank page like dnlnrx for a couple of days. Deleting and reinstalling Koko didn′t solve the problem.
Any ideas how to solve that?
    Thanks!

I just noticed the same problem on one of my sites. I would prefer not to delete, thus losing my stats.

An update: I gave up and deleted and reinstalled. As with @imgarten, this did not fix the problem. Note that two other sites using the plugin, on the same server with the same versions of WordPress and themes, are not having the problem.

Please advise, @lapzor or @dvankooten. Thank you.

    Hello,

You are most likely using an ad-blocker. Koko Analytics was recently added to EasyPrivacy list, which in turn is enabled by default in a lot of ad-blockers (like uBlock Origin).

It’s a simple regex rule that blocks any request containing “koko-analytics”, therefore blocking both the tracking request and the script for the dashboard page.

Whitelisting your domain in your ad-blockers should fix it.

    Hope that helps!

    hello @dvankooten, @amrevnc,

that solved the problem, thank you. I disabled uBlock origin for my website and now I can see my Koko Dashboard again. Although I lost my stats, I′m happy that the plugin works again.

    Best wishes!

Same here. Thank you for the update!
