Blank page/screen when returning to website

  • Hi, recently I have noticed on our local government website that if we go to the website on first instance it opens as required however if I return that site again throughout the day it shows as blank and does not load.

    We believe it is due to the cookie as when I disable the plugin the error no longer occurs, I am aware than on visiting the website it places a cookie called cookie_notice_accepted but this should not cause the site to be blank when re-visiting.

    There is also a caching plugin called ‘WP Super Cache’ and have ‘REDIS Object Cache’ installed on the website but even when disabling those plugins the error still happens.
