BLANK PAGE when activating Plugin

Hi, my server just updated its PHP Version (Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Versión de PHP: 7.0.30-0ubuntu0.16.04.1) so i decided to Migrate to the newest Mercado Pago Plugin (i was using the older version before trying this and it was working ok).
I desisntalled the older plugin and then installed the new one (WooCommerce MercadoPago). The issue apperas once I activate it. I just push the Activate button and it takes me to a Blank Page. The url seems ok but it doesn′t show anything. Then, any url of my WordPress site shows a blank page too. I desisntalled it from my FTP and everything back to normal, but my Mercado Pago method of payment which now I can′t activate. I tried installing the old version back, and doesn′t work either!

I would really appreciate any ideas on this issue since I′ve been trying several possible solutions but nothing works.
At the moment I have desisntalled the Plugin in case any customer of the store wants to shop.
